E.C.M.R., Inc. is a full-service elevator consulting corporation representing over thirty (30) years experience in the elevator industry. E.C.M.R., Inc. offers hands on experience in project planning, equipment performance and evaluation, maintenance program development and evaluation, equipment procurement and many other services to assist you in managing your elevator systems. Management skills and experience offer a broad range of capabilities from construction dispute resolution to maintenance contract strategies. Nathan Y. Quarles, President of E.C.M.R., Inc., was employed by Otis Elevator Company for 17 years. Various positions held were: Maintenance and repair helper, routes mechanic, service representative, new equipment representative, Branch Manager and District Service Manager. November, 1983 he accepted a position with Metro Dade County G.S.A. Property Management Division as Elevator Engineer, responsible for the organization of contract management program for elevator maintenance, new equipment, and modernizations. Mr. Quarles then accepted the position of Manager of Service Operations for Schindler Haughton Elevator Company. Responsibilities included managing field operations such as maintenance, repair, and modernizations. April 25, 1990, E.C.M.R., Inc. Employed as Chief Elevator Inspector for the City of Miami Beach 2/91 to 12/97, inspecting all existing, modernized, and new elevators, permitting and plan review of new installations, while continuing to develop E.C.M.R., Inc.
